Pakistan Lions Youth Council (PLYC) is a non-governmental organization that is dedicated to the mission of promoting youth development, the welfare of women and human rights.

The organization is working for the social and economic uplift of youth and in order to achieve such aims, it provides training to youth through various workshops, seminars and camps. In addition to this, national and international youth exchange programs are strongly encouraged by PLYC. One initiative that deserves particular recognition is the creation of an Investigative Cell, which is working to identify cases of child labor. Through determining such cases, PLYC can begin working to eliminate child labor.
